For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply throughout:

To be eligible to register and maintain an active Account on 0lb88, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and remain so throughout the life of your Account.
• You are accessing the Platform as a private individual acting in your personal capacity, and not on behalf of any business, syndicate, or third party.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gaming services of this nature is prohibited by applicable law. You are solely responsible for determining the legality of your participation under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, or close associate of 0lb88 or any of its affiliated companies, game providers, or payment processors.
• You have not previously been self-excluded from 0lb88 or any other gaming platform under a self-exclusion programme, or if such an exclusion has expired, you have waited the full exclusion period before re-registering.
• You are not subject to a court order or legal prohibition restricting your access to gaming services.
• You are registering with accurate, truthful, and current personal information. Any false or misleading information provided at registration constitutes grounds for immediate account closure.

0lb88 reserves the right to verify eligibility at any time and to request supporting documentation as part of the KYC process. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges pending resolution.

To access the full range of 0lb88 services, you must create an Account by completing the registration process at 0lb88 Login. You are required to provide your real name, a valid email address, date of birth, and a secure password. All fields must be completed accurately. 0lb88 will use the information provided to verify your identity and manage your Account.

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on the 0lb88 Platform. Creating multiple Accounts — whether under the same identity or using different names, email addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where duplicate Accounts are identified, 0lb88 reserves the right to close all but the earliest-registered Account and to void any bets or bonuses associated with duplicate Accounts. Winnings derived from duplicate Account activity may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. 0lb88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your Account that results from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must contact our support team immediately at [email protected].

0lb88 applies a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in line with internationally recognised responsible operator standards. You may be required to submit proof of identity (government-issued ID or passport), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. KYC verification is typically requested prior to processing withdrawal requests above a defined threshold, or at any point where the Platform's compliance team deems it necessary. Accounts that fail to complete KYC within 14 calendar days of a formal request will have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is completed.

0lb88 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively via the following Indonesian payment channels, all denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR):

• Bank Transfers: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, Bank Permata
• E-Wallets: OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja

All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible; in cases where return is not possible, the funds may be held pending KYC investigation.

Deposits are credited to your 0lb88 Balance in real time or within a few minutes of confirmation from the payment provider. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and are subject to change. 0lb88 does not charge fees on deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which 0lb88 accepts no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests from verified Accounts are typically processed within 15 minutes during normal operating hours (WIB). Processing times may be extended during periods of high transaction volume, public holidays, or where additional verification is required. Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the Account dashboard. 0lb88 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal regardless of account status.

An Account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. 0lb88 reserves the right to apply a monthly account maintenance fee to dormant Account balances after this period, as detailed in the Account settings section. Players will be notified via email before any such fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after 24 months of inactivity.

All bonuses, free bets, cashback awards, and other promotional incentives offered by 0lb88 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for that promotion only.

Unless a promotion explicitly states otherwise, all Bonus Funds credited to your Account are subject to a Wagering Requirement before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier and Eligible Games list will be clearly stated on each promotion page. Bets placed on Eligible Games count toward the Wagering Requirement at the rate specified; bets on excluded games contribute 0%.

0lb88 operates a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions that constitute bonus abuse include, but are not limited to: placing offsetting bets to lock in a guaranteed profit from bonus funds; using duplicate Accounts to claim the same bonus more than once; coordinating with other players to fulfil wagering requirements through matched or collusive betting. Where bonus abuse is identified, 0lb88 reserves the right to void all associated bonuses and winnings, suspend the Account, and pursue recovery of any funds that were withdrawn as a result of the abuse.

Bonus Funds that are not used within the validity period stated in the relevant promotion will be automatically removed from your Account Balance on expiry. Wagering Requirements that are not fulfilled within the stated validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the remaining Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

0lb88 runs promotional campaigns tied to Indonesian cultural and sporting events including Ramadhan, Idul Fitri, Imlek, Indonesian Independence Day (17 August), and major BRI Liga 1 and international football fixtures. These promotions are subject to their own specific terms, which will be published at the time of the promotion. Past promotional terms do not create an entitlement to equivalent future offers.

All bets placed on the 0lb88 sportsbook — including standard match bets, mix parlay (accumulator) bets, voor bola (Asian handicap) markets, and in-play wagers — are subject to 0lb88's published sportsbook rules, which are available in the Help section of the Platform. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules for that bet type and market.

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. Price changes after confirmation do not affect settled bets.
• Mix parlay bets require all selections to be settled as winners for the full odds to apply. Where one or more selections are voided, the bet is recalculated at the remaining selections' odds.
• In-play betting is subject to market suspension and re-pricing at 0lb88's discretion, based on the live state of play.
• 0lb88 reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published in error (palpable error / "palp") regardless of whether the bet has already been settled.
• Maximum win limits apply per event and per day. These limits are displayed in the bet slip and Account settings.
• All togel (numbers lottery) bets are accepted up to the closure time of the relevant draw. Late entries will not be accepted. Draw results are final as published by the relevant official lottery authority.

The following actions are expressly prohibited on the 0lb88 Platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Fraudulent activity of any kind, including the use of stolen, cloned, or otherwise unauthorised payment instruments.
• Money laundering — using the Platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from criminal activity.
• Collusion — coordinating with other players to influence the outcome of a game or bet to the detriment of other players or the Platform.
• Use of automated software (bots, scripts, or algorithms) to place bets, access account functions, or exploit platform features in a manner inconsistent with genuine human play.
• Arbitrage betting — systematically exploiting price discrepancies between markets for guaranteed profit using Bonus Funds.
• Identity fraud — registering using another person's identity or personal information.
• Hacking or interference — attempting to access, disrupt, or compromise the Platform's software, security systems, or data.
• Harassment — directing abusive, threatening, or discriminatory communications toward 0lb88 staff or other users.

Where Prohibited Conduct is identified or suspected, 0lb88 will suspend the relevant Account pending investigation, freeze the associated Balance, and may report the matter to relevant authorities. Confirmed breaches will result in permanent Account closure and forfeiture of the Account Balance.

All content on the 0lb88 Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, design, graphics, logos, text, data compilations, and game content — is the exclusive intellectual property of 0lb88 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or interest in that content beyond the limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence necessary to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 0lb88. Unauthorised use of Platform content may give rise to civil and criminal liability.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 0lb88 excludes all liability for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or otherwise — arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from bets placed in error or based on a misunderstanding of the applicable betting rules.
• Platform unavailability, interruption, or technical failure, whether scheduled or unscheduled.
• Delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers (BCA, BRI, OVO, DANA, etc.).
• Unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security.
• Decisions made by you in reliance on information displayed on the Platform, including but not limited to odds, statistics, and promotional materials.

Nothing in these Terms operates to exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other matter that cannot be lawfully excluded or limited.

0lb88 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of the agreement between you and the Platform. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in that policy.

In summary, 0lb88 collects personal data (name, date of birth, email address, payment details, and transaction records) for the purposes of Account management, KYC compliance, fraud prevention, and improving the Platform experience. Your data is never sold to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is processed and stored in accordance with internationally recognised data protection standards and encrypted in transit using 256-bit SSL.

0lb88 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time and without prior notice, subject to the following conditions:

• Where a material change is made that affects your existing rights or obligations, 0lb88 will notify registered Players via the email address on file at least 7 calendar days before the change takes effect.
• The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised to reflect any change.
• Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
• If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure via our support team prior to the amendment's effective date.

0lb88 strongly recommends that you review these Terms periodically to remain informed of the current version governing your use of the Platform.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 0lb88 is incorporated and holds its operating licence. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation in the first instance.

Should negotiation fail to resolve the dispute within 30 calendar days, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. The language of arbitration shall be English. The arbitration award shall be final and binding on both parties.

Nothing in this clause limits 0lb88's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in respect of any threatened breach of these Terms, particularly in relation to Prohibited Conduct as described in Clause 7.
